G-Suite for Education is a suite of online productivity and collaboration applications that allow Brookline students and teachers to work and collaborate in a secure space.
G-Suite for Education provides staff and students with tools to create and collaborate in a secure environment. Students can work on documents, spreadsheets, and presentations in real time at school and at home. Google Apps for Education is meant to serve as an alternative to commercial Google applications.

STAFF - G-Suite Accounts
Google accounts are created during the hiring process for teachers. If you are not a new teacher and have never logged in to your PSBMA account, call the Help Desk at x4357 to find out your user name and password.
The format for your PSBMA accounts is first name_last [email protected].
Example: [email protected]
Through this account, you have access to the Google Apps for Education suite of tools. This includes the following:

STUDENTS - G-Suite for Eduction Accounts
Students in grades K-8 have their own G-Suite for Education Account.
These accounts are managed by the Public Schools of Brookline. This account does not have email enabled.
The format for the student PSBMA account is year-of-graduation last name and first initial followed by @brooklinek12.org.
For example:
A student named Joe Brookline who graduates in the year 2030 would have the user name:
[email protected]
Usernames and Passwords are shared with students during a classroom lesson.
Students in grades K-8 have their own G-Suite for Education Account.
These accounts are managed by the Public Schools of Brookline. This account does not have email enabled.
